Why company verification is required
Before you can make production calls with Nexcal, your company must be verified. Through verification, Nexcal establishes which company is behind the workspace and who is responsible for the campaigns. The review is a prerequisite for starting campaigns in production and applies to the entire workspace.
Before you submit
Have the required details ready so the review can run without follow-up questions:
- the full and correct company name;
- the legal form and, if applicable, the registration number;
- the complete company address;
- an authorized representative with contact details.
For a detailed list, see required company details.
Submitting step by step
- In the workspace and company settings, open the company verification area.
- Enter the company details completely and correctly, using the exact spelling from your official documents.
- Enter the company address. For guidance, see entering your company address correctly.
- Name the authorized representative. See naming an authorized representative.
- Review all entries and submit the verification.
After you submit
Once submitted, the status changes from "not submitted" to "submitted" and then to "in review". Nexcal reviews your details and reports the result back. Possible outcomes include "more information required", "approved" or "rejected". For what each status means, see understanding company verification status.
Hinweis: Submit the details completely the first time. Missing or inconsistent details often lead to the status "more information required" and extend the review.
If there are follow-up questions
If Nexcal requests more information, add the missing details and submit the review again. How to do this is described in resubmitting a verification. If the review stays open unusually long, see company verification stuck.
