What details Nexcal needs
For company verification, Nexcal collects a set of details that clearly describe your company. Complete and correct details shorten the review and avoid follow-up questions. This article summarizes the information you should have ready. Keep these details at hand as well, in case an update is needed later.
Basic company details
- Company name: the full, official name of the company including its legal form.
- Legal form: the legal form of your company, for example GmbH, UG, AG or sole proprietorship.
- Registration: if applicable, the registration number and the responsible register.
- Company address: the complete address of the company's registered office. For details, see entering your company address correctly.
- Contact details: a business email address and, if requested, a phone number for follow-up questions.
Details about the authorized representative
You also name a person who is allowed to represent the company. This usually requires the name, function and business contact details. For what to keep in mind, see naming an authorized representative.
How to prepare the details
- Have your official company documents ready and take the spelling directly from them.
- Check that the company name, legal form and address match one another.
- Make sure the named person is actually authorized to represent the company.
Hinweis: Use the exact spelling from your official documents. Differences between company name, legal form and address often lead to follow-up questions.
Why complete details matter
Missing or inconsistent details often lead to the status "more information required" and delay approval. Because company verification is a prerequisite for starting campaigns in production, an incomplete submission also delays your first call. Compare the fields against your official documents before submitting. A careful first submission is usually faster than several rounds of corrections.
