What is a workspace?
A workspace is your company's central working environment in Nexcal. It brings together all shared data, settings and campaigns in one place. All users who belong to a workspace work on the same data; what they see depends on their role.
The workspace is also the level at which company verification, caller IDs and plan and usage data are managed. Compliance approvals therefore apply to the entire workspace, not to individual users.

One workspace represents one company
A workspace is tied to one responsible company. The details stored during company verification describe exactly that company and its authorized representative. If you run several legally separate entities, a dedicated workspace per entity is usually the better choice.
Your personal user account can belong to several workspaces. After signing in, you select the workspace you want to work in. For more detail, see understanding workspace and user account.
Workspace, roles and responsibility
Who can change details or start campaigns in the workspace depends on their role. Administrative tasks such as company verification require the corresponding permissions. The role logic is described in roles and permissions.
The operator of the workspace is responsible for configuring and running campaigns lawfully. The tasks that come with this are summarized in responsibilities of the workspace operator.
Hinweis: Compliance approvals such as company verification and approved caller IDs apply across the whole workspace. Only once they are in place can a campaign start in production.
