Why a campaign start can be blocked

Starting a campaign in production requires that certain approvals and settings are in place. If a requirement is missing, Nexcal prevents the start and usually points to the missing condition. This prevents a campaign from calling in production without the necessary foundations.

Common causes

How to clear the block

  1. Read the message shown about the missing requirement.
  2. First check the workspace-wide approvals: company verification and caller ID.
  3. Then check the campaign settings and the assigned leads.
  4. Fix the point named and start the campaign again.

For a detailed list of errors, see fixing campaign start errors.

Wichtig: A campaign must not start in production before the required company verification and an approved caller ID are in place.

What Nexcal checks before start

Before a production start, Nexcal checks the workspace, company approval, the caller ID, the assigned leads and the campaign settings, among other things. Only once all requirements are met can the campaign start. Which requirements apply in detail is summarized in compliance requirements before campaign start.

If the campaign will not start despite meeting the requirements, see campaign will not start.
