Fixing campaign start errors
When a campaign does not start, it is almost always due to a missing requirement. Before the production start, Nexcal checks several conditions and points to the open item. This article helps you identify and fix the most common causes.
Common causes and solutions
- Company verification not approved: submit the details and wait for approval. See submitting company verification.
- Caller ID not approved: assign a reviewed number. See selecting the caller ID.
- No leads assigned: assign a lead list. See assigning leads to a campaign.
- Incomplete configuration: check the script, result fields and, if used, the booking settings.
- Missing capacity: check whether your plan's limit of active campaigns is reached. See active campaigns.
How to do it
- Read the note that Nexcal shows on the start attempt.
- Open the named area of the campaign.
- Fix the open item.
- Start the campaign again.
If the start is still blocked
If the start stays blocked although the requirements appear to be met, why a campaign start can be blocked can help. Also check the caller ID status.
Wichtig: A campaign must not start in production before the required company verification and an approved caller ID are in place.
