When transcripts or results are missing
Not every call attempt produces a transcript and structured results. In many cases this is expected and not an error. This article helps you assess the most common causes before you contact support.
Common causes
- No conversation took place: With the statuses no answer, busy or technical error, there is no transcript. See call status.
- Very short conversation: A very short conversation can result in only a brief transcript or none that is usable.
- Processing is still running: After the conversation ends, creating the transcript and summary can take a short while.
- Recording disabled: If recording is not permitted, the audio file is missing. A transcript can still be present, provided the settings allow it.
- Result fields not captured: If a detail was not stated in the conversation, the field stays marked with a suitable status such as missing. See understanding result status.
What you can check
- Look at the call status to determine whether a conversation took place at all.
- Wait a moment if processing is still running, and open the call detail view again.
- For missing result fields, see the article missing or unclear results.
Hinweis: If a transcript is missing even though a conversation demonstrably took place and processing is complete, contact support.
If the problem persists
If a transcript is permanently missing, the article no transcript available can help. Have the relevant details ready for a support request; see information to include in a support request.
