Understanding result status
Each result field receives a result status such as captured, inferred, needs_confirmation, missing or not_applicable, which shows how reliable a detail is.

Why results have a status
Not every detail in a conversation is equally certain. The prospect confirms some information explicitly, other details only emerge from the context, and still others remain open. So that this difference stays traceable, every result field receives a result status. This lets you see in the analysis how reliable a captured detail is.
The possible statuses
Nexcal distinguishes the following states. The German interface uses plain-language labels:
- captured: The detail was clearly captured in the conversation.
- inferred: The detail was derived from the course of the conversation but not explicitly confirmed.
- needs_confirmation: The detail is uncertain and should be confirmed.
- missing: The detail was not captured.
- not_applicable: The field does not apply to this conversation.
How to read the statuses
The statuses help you interpret results correctly:
- With captured, you can assume a clear detail.
- With inferred, it is worth a look at the transcript if the detail matters.
- With needs_confirmation, the information should be checked before further use.
- Missing points to an open detail, for example after an interrupted conversation.
- Not applicable shows that the detail was deliberately not collected.
Relationship to the course of the call
The agent asks for missing required details specifically, but poses at most one clear question per conversational step and does not repeat confirmed details unnecessarily. For how missing results arise and what you can check, see missing or unclear results.
Hinweis: An inferred or confirmation-needed status is not an error. It makes transparent how certain a detail is and supports a clean analysis.
