What result fields are

Result fields are the structured outcome fields of a campaign. They define which information the voice agent should capture during a conversation, for example an interest, a response or a concrete detail from the prospect. Instead of recording outcomes only as free text, this creates a uniform, analyzable structure across all conversations in a campaign.

Result fields are part of the campaign configuration. They define what is documented in a structured way at the end of a conversation. For how to create the fields, see configuring result fields.

What result fields are used for

Result fields serve several purposes:

  • They make conversation outcomes comparable and analyzable.
  • They record important details in a structured way instead of hiding them in long texts.
  • They can act as a prerequisite for a booking or a call ending.
  • They form the basis for analysis in the call results.

Result fields during the call

The agent captures result fields over the course of the conversation without turning it into a form. A few principles apply:

  • The agent asks at most one clear question per conversational step.
  • Details that have already been confirmed are not asked again unnecessarily.
  • Fields that do not apply can be marked as such.

Each captured field receives a status that shows how certain the detail is. These statuses are explained in understanding result status.

Where outcomes become visible

After the conversation, the captured values appear in the documentation. How the fields are presented there is described in structured result fields.

Hinweis: Result fields do not replace the campaign goal. They define which outcomes are captured, while the campaign goal determines what the conversation should achieve overall.
