The AI summary condenses a conversation that took place to its essential points. It gives you a quick overview without having to read the full transcript or listen to a recording. The summary is created based on the actual course of the conversation.
It is therefore its own type of documentation alongside the transcript and the recording. While the transcript reproduces the wording, the summary highlights the central statements and the result.
What a summary contains
The exact content depends on the conversation and the campaign goal. Typically the summary covers:
- what the conversation was about;
- which essential statements the contact made;
- which result was achieved;
- whether a next step was agreed.
For structured, evaluable data, use the structured result fields. The summary complements these fields with a coherent overview in text form.
Hinweis: The AI summary is an automatically generated condensation. It cannot capture every nuance. When in doubt, refer to the transcript.
Availability
A summary is only created when a conversation actually took place. There is no summary for unanswered calls or technical errors. After the conversation ends, creation can take a short while. If an expected summary is missing, missing transcripts or results can help.
