Compliance requirements before campaign start
Before a campaign calls in production, both technical approvals and content-related and legal requirements must be met. Nexcal checks the technical requirements automatically. Designing your campaign lawfully, however, remains your responsibility.
Technical requirements
- an approved company verification. See understanding company verification status;
- an approved caller ID;
- a complete campaign configuration with goal, script and result fields;
- leads assigned to the campaign.
If one of these requirements is missing, the start stays blocked. See why a campaign start can be blocked.
Your responsibility as operator
As the operator of the workspace, you are responsible for configuring and running your campaigns lawfully. This includes in particular:
- a permitted basis for your calls;
- respecting do-not-call and opt-out requests. See do-not-call and opt-out;
- keeping to permitted calling times. See calling window and runtime rules;
- designing scripts and campaign goals responsibly. See responsible campaign configuration.
Hinweis: Nexcal provides technical and organizational functions for controlled and privacy-oriented use. You remain responsible for configuring and running your campaigns lawfully.
