Limit reached

Nexcal has several limits: plan capacity limits and limits on call usage. This article explains which message means what and how to proceed.

Plan capacity limits

Capacity limits result from your plan, such as the number of users, active campaigns, concurrent calls, caller IDs or custom voices. When such a limit is reached, the corresponding resource cannot be increased further without freeing up space or changing the plan.

  • For active campaigns: finish or archive a campaign. See active campaigns.
  • For users: remove an account or expand seats. See users and seats.
  • For concurrent calls: utilization drops automatically as conversations end. See concurrent calls.

Limits on call usage

If the balance or a usage limit is reached, further processing may be restricted. In this case a usage package can provide additional usage. How balance and usage relate is described in credits and balance.

How to proceed

  1. Check whether it is a capacity or a usage limit.
  2. For capacity limits, free up space or change the plan.
  3. For usage limits, provide additional usage.
  4. If the message persists, support can help.

Hinweis: Capacity limits and usage limits are different things. A full campaign slot has nothing to do with connected talk time.
