Users and seats
Every Nexcal plan includes a fixed number of users, or seats. A seat corresponds to a user account with its own access to the workspace. Credentials should not be shared; each person gets their own access.
Seats per plan
- Starter: 3 users.
- Pro: 5 users.
- Power: 10 users.
- Enterprise: from 25 users.

Seats and roles
A seat determines how many people have access to the workspace. What a person can see and do additionally depends on their role. One person may manage campaigns while another only views results. The role logic is described in roles and permissions.
Managing users
Managing users requires the corresponding permissions. Authorized people can invite new users and manage existing access. If the seat limit is reached, you must first remove an existing account or change the plan before adding more people.
- New users are added by invitation.
- Every user signs in with their own business email address.
- Access that is no longer needed should be removed to free up seats.
Hinweis: If you need more seats than your plan includes, a plan change is required.
Common questions
- Can I transfer a seat? If an account is no longer needed, remove it to free up the seat, then invite another person. This keeps the number of seats within your plan.
- What happens when the seat limit is reached? No further person can be added until an existing account is removed or the plan is changed.
- Are seats and roles the same? No. A seat governs access, the role governs permissions. Details are described in roles and permissions.
