Capacity and workspace limits
An overview of the capacity and workspace limits that constrain campaign execution and how they differ by plan.

Capacity and workspace limits
The execution of a campaign is limited not only by concurrency but by several capacity and workspace limits. These limits depend on the plan you booked and define how much your workspace can handle at the same time.
Which limits exist
For campaign execution, the following factors are particularly relevant:
- Concurrent calls: the conversations running at the same time, described in concurrency limits.
- Active campaigns: how many campaigns may run at the same time.
- Caller IDs: how many approved numbers are available.
- Users: how many people can work in the workspace.
- Usage status: your current balance or call usage.
Limits by plan
The plans differ in their capacities:
- Starter: 3 users, 3 active campaigns, up to 25 parallel calls, 1 caller ID.
- Pro: 5 users, up to 15 active campaigns, up to 100 parallel calls, 1 caller ID.
- Power: 10 users, up to 50 active campaigns, up to 350 parallel calls, up to 3 caller IDs.
- Enterprise: from 25 users, individual campaign limits, from 500 parallel calls, from 5 caller IDs.
For a full comparison of the plans, see plans and feature scope.
When a limit is reached
When a limit is reached, further execution can be restricted. New calls may wait, or a campaign start may stay blocked until capacity is available again. How to proceed in this case is described in limit reached.
Hinweis: Capacity limits concern simultaneous execution. They are independent of billing, which is based solely on connected talk time.
