Enterprise system connections

Enterprise system connections go beyond the standardized integrations of the Power plan. They are aimed at organizations with individual requirements for interfaces, data flows and operating models. The scope is defined together with Nexcal and is not limited to a fixed feature set.

Availability

These connections are available only in the Enterprise plan. The Starter, Pro and Power plans use the integrations approved for each of them. For an overview of availability by plan, see plans and feature scope.

What enterprise connections can include

• individual APIs that go beyond the standard scope;
• individual webhook agreements;
• custom mappings for differing data structures;
• private system connections to internal environments;
• individual CRM and calendar processes.

Which fields are mapped between the systems is part of data mappings.

Model and infrastructure configuration

Enterprise also includes individual model, provider and infrastructure configuration. On request, private or customer-hosted models are possible. The concrete scope is agreed individually.

Because these connections are arranged individually, there is no universal self-service setup. Contact support or your Nexcal contact to clarify the appropriate scope.

When an enterprise connection makes sense

An enterprise connection makes sense when the standardized integrations of the Power plan no longer meet your requirements, for example with differing data structures, strict operating requirements or the connection of internal systems. Because the scope is defined individually, the connection can be adapted to your existing processes instead of adapting your processes to a fixed standard.
