Integrations in Nexcal

Integrations connect Nexcal with the systems your leads come from and where you process conversation results further. They let you hand contacts to a workspace automatically, report events to other systems or connect Nexcal to a CRM. Which integrations are available depends on your plan.

Which integrations exist

  • Nexcal website form: passes leads from a form directly into your workspace.
  • Form API and public lead intake: receive leads programmatically.
  • REST API: provides structured access to Nexcal data.
  • Webhooks: report events to a target system as soon as they occur.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce: connect Nexcal to your CRM.
  • Calendar integrations: the connection to Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar is planned.

Availability by plan

  • Starter: no general API, no webhooks and no CRM synchronization.
  • Pro: the Nexcal website form as well as a custom voice.
  • Power: REST API, webhooks, Form API, public lead intake, HubSpot and Salesforce, plus the choice of approved Nexcal model profiles.
  • Enterprise: individual APIs, individual webhook agreements, custom mappings and private system connections.

For a full comparison, see plans and feature scope.

How to proceed

  1. Check which integration is included in your plan.
  2. Clarify whether you want to receive leads or push out events.
  3. Set up the appropriate integration and then watch its status.

Hinweis: Integrations do not change billing. Call usage is still measured by connected talk time, to the second. For more, see understanding call usage.
