The Nexcal website form

The Nexcal website form passes leads from a form directly into your workspace. This way, prospects who reach out through your website arrive as contacts in Nexcal without you transferring the data manually. The form is the simplest way to connect Nexcal to an existing website.

Availability

The Nexcal website form is included from the Pro plan and is also available in Power and Enterprise. The Starter plan includes no integrations. For an overview of availability by plan, see plans and feature scope.

How the form arrives in Nexcal

When a lead is submitted through the form, it becomes a contact in your workspace. From there, the path is the same as for other contacts:

  1. The new contact appears in your workspace.
  2. You group contacts into a lead list.
  3. You assign the leads to a campaign.

The difference between contacts and leads is explained in contacts vs. leads.

What to keep in mind

A lead received through the form does not trigger a call by itself. A conversation only takes place once the lead is assigned to an active campaign and the usual requirements for a campaign start are met.

Wichtig: You are responsible for ensuring that incoming contact data was collected lawfully and may be used for outreach. Nexcal does not make a legal assessment of your data source.
