What structured result fields are

Structured result fields are the evaluable results of a conversation. They record which information a conversation provided, in a fixed structure that is configured per campaign. This makes it possible to compare and process results consistently across many conversations.

You define which fields are captured during campaign configuration. For an introduction to the concept, see understanding result fields; the configuration is described in configuring result fields.

The status of a result field

Each result field receives a status that indicates how certain the captured value is:

  • captured: The value was clearly stated in the conversation.
  • inferred: The value was derived from the course of the conversation.
  • needs_confirmation: The value is uncertain and should be checked.
  • missing: The value was not captured.
  • not_applicable: The field was not relevant to this conversation.

For a detailed explanation of the status values, see understanding result status.

How results are captured

The voice agent captures results within the rules you set. It asks at most one clear question per conversation step and does not needlessly ask again for details that were already confirmed. Required fields can serve as a condition before an appointment is booked or the conversation ends.

Hinweis: The agent does not invent values. If a detail is not clear, the field is marked accordingly with a suitable status such as needs_confirmation or missing.

When results are missing or unclear

If expected fields stay empty or unclear, the article missing or unclear results can help.
