What campaign insights are

Campaign insights condense the individual metrics of a campaign into a coherent picture. Instead of looking at each metric on its own, you see how reachability, outcomes, sentiment, objections and aborts interact. This lets you recognize more quickly where the greatest lever for improvement lies.

Campaign insights in this detailed form are included from the Pro plan onwards. The Starter plan provides standard analyses.

What insights bring together

A campaign view combines, among other things:

This combined view reveals relationships that are not visible in a single metric.

Turning insights into action

Use the insights to derive one concrete change, not several at once. For example, first adjust the opening or the handling of the most common objection, then observe the effect. The AI-powered recommendations provide suggestions for this.

Hinweis: Campaign insights only become reliable once a campaign has held enough calls. With small sample sizes, single outliers are possible.

Common questions

Where do I start when several metrics are weak at once?

Begin with the metric closest to the campaign goal and work backwards. If reachability is low, improving the conversation has little effect at first. Once reachability is sound, turn to outcomes, objections and aborts.

How many changes should I make at once?

Ideally only one. If you change several things at once, a later shift in the metrics can no longer be attributed to a specific adjustment. Make one change and observe its effect before moving on to the next.
