What the objection analysis shows
The objection analysis summarizes which objections and pretexts occur particularly often in the calls of a campaign. It is based on the objection categories documented per call and condenses them into an overview. This shows you where conversations tend to stall.
The objection analysis is included from the Pro plan onwards. How individual objections are categorized is described in objection categories.
Common objection patterns
Recurring objections can often be addressed deliberately. Typical patterns are:
- price and budget concerns;
- lack of responsibility or the wrong contact person;
- no current need;
- lack of time during the call;
- a general rejection of calls.
If you identify a dominant pattern, you can adjust the campaign's objection handling and extend the knowledge with suitable answers.
From analysis to improvement
The objection analysis is closely linked to the abort reasons. If aborts accumulate right after a particular objection, you should revise the answer to that objection. From the Pro plan onwards, the AI-powered recommendations provide concrete suggestions.
Hinweis: The objection analysis is available from the Pro plan onwards. It does not replace reviewing individual calls but points to recurring patterns.
Common questions
What is the difference between an objection and an abort reason?
An objection is a content-related reservation in the call, such as price or responsibility. An abort reason describes why a call ends. The two are often linked: if a call ends right after a particular objection, you should revise the answer to that objection.
Should I respond to every objection?
Focus on the dominant pattern. A few frequently recurring objections are worth a deliberate revision of the objection handling and the knowledge. Rare individual cases are usually not a reliable basis for a change.
