What the dashboard shows

The analytics dashboard brings the most important metrics of your campaigns together in one place. It helps you gauge how a campaign is performing without opening individual calls. The metrics are based on the documented call results and update continuously while a campaign processes leads.

Standard analyses are available on all plans. More detailed analyses such as sentiment, objection and abort analysis are included from the Pro plan onwards.

The key metrics

  • Call outcomes: the distribution of call outcomes across a campaign.
  • Booking rate: the share of calls that led to an appointment.
  • Reachability: how many contacts were actually reached.
  • Call duration: how long connected calls last on average.
  • Processing status: how many leads have been processed and how many are still open.

Each metric can serve as an entry point into a more detailed analysis. From the outcome distribution you can move to call outcomes, and from the appointment share to the booking rate.

Reading metrics correctly

Metrics only become meaningful once a campaign has held enough calls. With very small sample sizes, single calls can distort the picture. Always view metrics in relation to the number of calls held.

Also note that unanswered calls as well as preview and test calls do not affect the content analysis the way a connected call does. How calls affect usage is described in understanding call usage.

Hinweis: Which analyses you see depends on your plan and your role. If a metric is missing, check the feature scope of your plan.
