What the sentiment analysis shows

The sentiment analysis summarizes how the mood is distributed across the calls of a campaign. It is based on the sentiment documented per call and condenses these individual values into an overall picture. This lets you see whether contacts respond mostly openly, neutrally or dismissively.

The sentiment analysis is included from the Pro plan onwards. How the sentiment for an individual call is determined is described in sentiment.

How to use sentiment

Sentiment is an additional signal, not a standalone measure of success. It helps you classify calls more accurately:

  • If dismissive sentiment prevails, the approach or the target group may not fit.
  • Neutral sentiment with a low appointment share points to an offer that is too weak in the conversation.
  • Positive sentiment without reaching the goal can mean the call was friendly but not effective.

Always consider sentiment together with the call outcomes and the booking rate.

Limits of the analysis

Sentiment is an assessment of the course of a conversation, not an exact measurement. Irony, very short calls or poor connections can influence the result. Use sentiment as a trend across many calls, not as a final judgment on a single call.

Hinweis: The sentiment analysis is available from the Pro plan onwards. The Starter plan includes standard analyses without a detailed sentiment distribution.

Common questions

Does positive sentiment mean a successful call?

No. A friendly conversation does not automatically mean the campaign goal was reached. Always consider sentiment together with the call outcomes and the booking rate, so you can tell friendliness apart from effectiveness.

Why does the sentiment of a single call differ from my impression?

Sentiment is an assessment of the course of a conversation, not an exact measurement. Irony, very short calls or a poor connection can influence it. Use sentiment as a trend across many calls rather than a verdict on one.
