No transcript available
For most conversations, Nexcal provides a transcript and a summary. If both are missing, there is usually a clear reason. Transcript, summary and recording are different types of documentation that can exist independently of one another.
Common reasons
- No connected conversation: If the call was not answered or ended before the conversation, no transcript is created.
- Very short conversation: In a very short contact, there may be too little spoken content for a meaningful transcript.
- Preview or test call: Preview and test calls are documented differently from production calls.
- Processing still running: Right after the conversation, the transcript may still be in preparation.
What you can check
- Look at the call status in the call detail view.
- Check whether it is a connected, production conversation.
- Wait briefly if processing is not yet complete, then refresh the view.
A detailed description is available in missing transcripts or results.
Hinweis: A transcript is not the same as a recording. Whether a recording exists depends on the workspace, campaign and consent settings and may be disabled.
If a transcript is missing even though a conversation took place
If a transcript is permanently missing for a clearly connected, production conversation, contact support. Include the workspace, the campaign and the approximate time of the conversation. Also state whether it was a production conversation and not a preview or test call, so support can check the cause specifically.
