Integration disconnected
When an integration is shown as disconnected, Nexcal no longer exchanges data with the connected system. This affects, for example, webhooks, the REST API or CRM connections. Such integrations are available from the Power plan onward; the Enterprise plan adds individual connections.
Check the integration status first
Look at the status of the affected integration. How to interpret the status is described in understanding integration status.
Common causes
- Expired or revoked credentials: An access token or a permission is no longer valid.
- Changed permissions in the target system: Rights were removed or changed in the connected system.
- Faulty endpoints: A target URL or endpoint is no longer reachable.
- Failed transfers: Repeated errors can cause a connection to be considered disconnected.
What you can check
- Check whether the integration's credentials are still valid.
- Check in the connected system whether the required permissions exist.
- Re-establish the connection if the configuration provides for this.
- Check failed transfers and restart processing where possible.
A detailed description is available in errors and reprocessing.
Hinweis: The actual feature scope of integrations depends on your plan. Check whether the affected integration is included in your plan.
If the integration stays disconnected
If the connection cannot be re-established, contact support. Include the workspace, the affected integration and, where visible, the displayed error message. Do not send any secret keys or credentials.
