Archiving a campaign
When a campaign is complete, you can archive it. Archiving removes the campaign from the active view without losing results, conversation histories and the campaign state. This keeps your campaign list clear.
What archiving is for
The archive is suitable for campaigns that should no longer call actively but whose results you still want to view. Archiving is therefore the orderly way to complete a campaign instead of deleting it.
Requirements
- The campaign no longer runs actively or is finished.
- If the campaign is still active, pause or finish it first. See pausing and resuming a campaign.
How to do it
- Open the completed campaign.
- Choose to archive.
- Confirm the action.
What is retained after archiving
When you archive, the following are retained, among other things:
- the conversation results and result fields;
- the transcripts and summaries, where available;
- the campaign state saved at start.
This means you can still review an archived campaign, for example through reviewing lead results.
Hinweis: Archiving is not the same as deleting. Deleting removes a campaign; the differences are explained in deleting a campaign.
Effect on active campaigns
An archived campaign no longer counts toward your workspace's active campaigns. This frees capacity if you have reached your plan's limit of active campaigns. How many active campaigns your plan allows is described in active campaigns.
