Campaign finished
A campaign is considered finished when no further calls are planned. This is the case when the lead queue has been fully processed or when the campaign is deliberately ended. The results of the conversations that took place are retained and remain available for review.
When a campaign ends
A campaign can come to an end in several ways:
- All leads in the lead queue have been processed.
- The intended runtime or the calling window has expired.
- The campaign is deliberately ended.
Unlike a pause, the end is not an intermediate state. After that, Nexcal picks no further contacts for the campaign.
What is retained after the end
After the end, the documented results stay available. This includes call statuses, results in the result fields and scheduled callbacks. The campaign state saved at start is retained as a historical record, so the execution stays traceable.
Next steps after the end
After the end, review the results of your campaign. The article reviewing lead results shows how to go through the outcomes of individual leads. If needed, you can reassemble unreached contacts in a new campaign.
Hinweis: Ending a campaign deletes no results. It only stops further execution.
Ending a campaign deliberately
End a campaign only when no further calls are wanted. Unlike a pause, Nexcal does not resume processing automatically afterwards. If you want to contact remaining leads later, assemble them in a new campaign. The results of conversations that already took place are not affected by this.
