Caller ID limits
How many caller IDs you can use in a workspace depends on your plan. The number of approved numbers determines how many different phone numbers are available to your campaigns as a caller ID at the same time.
Caller IDs per plan
- Starter: 1 caller ID.
- Pro: 1 caller ID.
- Power: up to 3 caller IDs.
- Enterprise: from 5 caller IDs, or individually agreed.
These figures refer to approved caller IDs. For a detailed placement in the context of the plans, see caller IDs.
When the limit is reached
If your plan's limit is reached, you cannot have another caller ID approved. In that case you have two options:
- Remove a number you no longer need, if your plan and role allow it.
- Switch to a plan with a higher limit.
Hinweis: The number of caller IDs is independent of the number of custom voices. Both are defined separately per plan.
What counts toward the limit
The caller IDs assigned to your workspace count toward the limit. Numbers that were rejected or revoked cannot be used in production. Check the status of your numbers if you are unsure how many approved numbers you currently have. See understanding caller ID status.
Relationship to your plan
Besides caller IDs, your plan determines further capacities. For an overview, see plans and feature scope. Binding details are available under pricing.
