What the before/after preview shows
The before/after preview places the current state of a campaign next to the proposed state before you apply a change. You therefore see exactly what would change and only decide afterwards. The preview is part of the manually controlled flow and is included from the Pro plan onwards.
In this way the preview complements the AI-powered recommendations: a recommendation states the goal, while the preview shows the concrete effect on your campaign.
What you can compare
Depending on the recommendation, the preview covers different areas of the campaign, for example:
- a phrasing in the conversation script;
- an additional rule in the AI layer;
- the answer to a common objection;
- a piece of content in the knowledge.
The preview shows the previous and the proposed text side by side, so the difference stays clearly visible.
How to use the preview
Read the previous state first and then the proposal. Check whether the proposal fits the campaign goal and your objection rules. Make sure a change does not degrade a passage that already works well.
If you agree, apply the change as described in reviewing and applying recommendations. The application is then recorded as a versioned change.
Hinweis: The preview shows a possible state. The change only takes effect once you deliberately confirm it.
