Responsibilities of the workspace operator

The operator of a workspace is the company that uses Nexcal and is responsible for the campaigns. This responsibility covers both organizational tasks within the workspace and running the calls lawfully.

What the operator is responsible for

• the accuracy of the company details in the verification;
• managing users, roles and permissions. See roles and permissions;
• the permitted origin and upkeep of contact and lead data;
• configuring campaigns, scripts and goals lawfully;
• respecting do-not-call and opt-out requests. See do-not-call and opt-out;
• keeping to retention and deletion rules. See retention rules.

Using roles in the workspace correctly

Distribute tasks through roles so that only authorized people work on sensitive areas such as company verification, caller IDs or the campaign start. This keeps it traceable who makes which changes.
