Data export

Data export lets you hand over data from your workspace. It is relevant when you want to back up data, pass it on or respond to a data subject request. This article explains which data is generally affected and what to keep in mind.

Which data can be exported

  • Contact data: master and assignment data of your contacts.
  • Call data: status, outcome and metadata of calls.
  • Documentation: transcripts and summaries, where available.

The exact scope of an export depends on your usage and your role in the workspace. Binding information on export is available under data export.

Who may run an export

An export requires the corresponding permissions. If the option is missing, check your role or contact the person who manages your workspace. The role logic is described in roles and permissions.

Hinweis: Exported data can contain personal information. Store export files securely and share them only with authorized recipients.

Export and deletion

An export hands over data but does not delete it. If you want to remove data, use account deletion or workspace deletion. How long data is stored is governed by the retention rules.
