Plan changes

Your needs can change: more users, more active campaigns, more concurrent calls or additional integrations. For such cases, the plan can be changed. This article explains what a plan change means.

When a plan change makes sense

Moving to a higher plan makes sense when a capacity of your current plan is no longer enough. Typical reasons are:

  • more users than the plan includes;
  • more active campaigns;
  • more concurrent calls;
  • additional caller IDs or custom voices;
  • integrations such as the REST API, webhooks or CRM connections.

Which plan includes which capacities is shown in plans and feature scope.

What changes with a plan change

A plan change adjusts the feature scope and capacities as well as the monthly platform price. You can find the binding prices on the pricing page. Call usage remains separate and is based on connected talk time.

Upgrades and downgrades

With an upgrade, the extended capacities and functions of the new plan become available. With a downgrade, the lower limits of the target plan apply; if existing users, campaigns or numbers exceed these limits, they must be adjusted first.

Hinweis: Managing the plan requires the corresponding permissions. If this option is missing, check your role or contact the person who manages the workspace.
