Included minutes and call usage
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of connected minutes. For Starter, Pro and Power, additional usage is billed based on usage once the allowance is used. For Enterprise, the individual agreement applies.
How usage is measured
Call usage is based on connected talk time, recorded to the second and applied against the monthly included minutes. Unanswered calls and eligible preview and test calls are non-billable and do not reduce the allowance.

Validity of included minutes
Included minutes apply to the current billing month. Unused minutes expire at the end of the billing month and do not roll over to the next billing month. The monthly platform price, by contrast, covers the plan's feature scope and capacities.
Usage after the included minutes
For Starter, Pro and Power, connected talk time beyond the monthly allowance is billed as additional usage. An exhausted allowance is not a capacity limit for these standard plans.
For Enterprise, the handling of additional usage is agreed contractually. Whether and under which conditions usage continues beyond the agreed included minutes depends on that agreement. Contact support if you need clarification.
