Concurrent calls

Concurrent calls indicate how many conversations Nexcal can hold at the same time. This value determines how quickly a lead list is processed and is a central capacity characteristic of each plan.

Limits per plan

  • Starter: up to 25 concurrent calls.
  • Pro: up to 100 concurrent calls.
  • Power: up to 350 concurrent calls.
  • Enterprise: from 500 concurrent calls or individual.

You can find the binding values on the pricing page.

What concurrent calls mean

The value describes simultaneous utilization, not the total number of calls. Nexcal calls several contacts at the same time until your plan's concurrency limit is reached. As soon as a conversation ends, the next lead moves up from the queue. This keeps utilization as steady as possible.

The concurrency value applies at workspace level and is shared across all running campaigns. If several campaigns run at the same time, they share the available concurrency.

Relationship with the lead queue

How leads are turned into conversations in order is described in how Nexcal processes leads. The technical limit itself is described in concurrency limits.

Hinweis: Concurrent calls are a plan capacity characteristic and independent of call usage. Only connected talk time is billed.

Common questions

  • Do concurrent calls apply per campaign or per workspace? The value applies at workspace level and is shared across all running campaigns. If several campaigns run at once, they share the available concurrency.
  • Do concurrent calls affect my usage? No. Concurrent calls are a plan capacity characteristic. Only connected talk time is billed.
  • How do I raise concurrency? A higher plan offers more concurrent calls. Starter allows up to 25, Pro up to 100, Power up to 350; Enterprise starts at 500 or individual.
