What a variant comparison is
A variant comparison places two or more variants of a campaign side by side and shows which variant achieves the better results. Variants usually differ in a single detail, such as the opening, the handling of an objection or the appointment logic offered. The goal is to find out deliberately which phrasing works.
The variant comparison is included from the Power plan onwards. It builds on the same metrics you know from the dashboard metrics.
What you compare
A comparison is based on the documented results of the variants, for example:
- the distribution of call outcomes;
- the booking rate;
- the abort reasons.
Only compare variants that differ in as few points as possible. This is the only way a difference in the result can be attributed to a specific change.
Meaningfulness and limits
A variant comparison shows a difference but does not explain it on its own. Make sure each variant has held enough calls. With small sample sizes, an apparent advantage can arise by chance.
A variant comparison evaluates variants that you have already run. A controlled, split test in which variants run against each other in parallel is available through A/B tests on the Enterprise plan.
Hinweis: Always assess a comparison in relation to the number of calls held. A difference across a few calls is not yet a reliable result.
