What cross-campaign analytics show
Cross-campaign analytics do not look at a single campaign but compare several campaigns with one another. This lets you recognize patterns that only become visible across multiple campaigns, such as which target group, which opening or which appointment logic reliably delivers better results.
Cross-campaign analytics and an extended analysis history are included from the Power plan onwards. The Starter and Pro plans provide the analyses per campaign.
What you can compare
Across several campaigns you can compare, among other things:
- the distribution of call outcomes;
- the booking rate for appointment campaigns;
- reachability;
- the call duration.
This shows you whether a strong or weak value is typical for a campaign or an exception.
Setting up meaningful comparisons
A comparison is only meaningful if the campaigns are comparable. Pay attention to similar conditions, such as comparable target groups, campaign goals and time periods. Comparing campaigns with very different goals easily leads to wrong conclusions.
Use cross-campaign analytics to carry proven settings from one campaign over to the next. A structured comparison of individual variants is described in variant comparison.
Hinweis: Across campaigns as well, metrics only become reliable once enough calls have been held. With small sample sizes, single outliers are possible.
Common questions
When are two campaigns actually comparable?
A comparison is only meaningful when the conditions are similar. Pay attention to comparable target groups, campaign goals and time periods. Comparing campaigns with very different goals easily leads to wrong conclusions.
Can I carry proven settings from one campaign to another?
Yes, this is a central benefit of cross-campaign analytics. If you recognize across several campaigns which opening or which appointment logic reliably delivers better results, you can deliberately carry those settings to new campaigns and check the effect again.
