What applying a recommendation means

An AI-powered recommendation is a suggestion for how a campaign could be improved. It only takes effect once you review it and deliberately confirm it. Nexcal never applies a recommendation on its own and does not change a running campaign without your approval. How recommendations are created is described in AI-powered recommendations.

The manually controlled application is included from the Pro plan onwards. This keeps you in control at every step of what changes in the script, AI layer, objection handling or knowledge.

Reviewing a recommendation step by step

  1. Open the recommendation and read the stated reasoning.
  2. Relate the recommendation to a metric, such as the call outcomes or the booking rate.
  3. Check which part of the campaign the recommendation affects.
  4. Compare the proposed state with the current one in the before/after preview.
  5. Apply or discard the recommendation.

What happens when you apply

When you apply a recommendation, the change is recorded as a versioned change. This keeps a traceable record of what was adjusted at which point and for what reason. If you discard a recommendation, the previous state remains unchanged.

Where possible, apply only one change at a time. This makes it possible to attribute the effect of an adjustment cleanly to the relevant metric. Further guidance is available in improving call quality.

Hinweis: A recommendation never takes effect without your confirmation. Automatic application is not included in the Starter, Pro and Power plans.
