Browser and display issues
When Nexcal does not load correctly, content is missing or buttons do not respond, the cause is often the browser or its configuration. The following steps resolve many display problems before a support request becomes necessary.
First quick steps
- Reload the page.
- Use an up-to-date, supported browser in a current version.
- Open Nexcal in a separate, private window without active extensions.
- Check your internet connection.
Common causes
- Outdated browser: Older versions do not always render modern interfaces correctly.
- Browser extensions: Content blockers or other extensions can interfere with parts of the interface.
- Cached data: An outdated cache can lead to faulty display.
- Network restrictions: Restrictive firewalls or networks can block individual functions.
Resetting cache and display
If the problem does not clear with a simple reload, clear the browser cache and load Nexcal again. Then check whether the problem persists.
Hinweis: Disable browser extensions as a test. If the problem disappears, an extension is usually the cause.
Zoom and display size
If elements appear shifted or cut off, check the browser zoom level and reset it to the default value. A very small window width can also change the display.
If the problem persists
If the problem persists across several browsers and without extensions, contact support. Include the browser and its version, the operating system and a description of the problem. A screenshot helps; remove any personal data that is not needed.
