Support access

Support access refers to the Nexcal support team accessing your workspace to work on a request. This article explains the framework within which such access takes place and how you can accompany it. The aim is controlled and traceable handling of your data.

When support access is useful

Access can help when a problem cannot be narrowed down from your description alone, for example a blocked campaign start or missing documentation. In many cases, however, it is enough for you to provide the relevant information; see information to include in a support request.

Principles of access

  • Access is tied to the purpose of handling your request.
  • Access is limited to what is necessary.
  • Security- and compliance-relevant events can be logged.

Nexcal provides technical and organizational functions for controlled and privacy-oriented use. The customer remains responsible for configuring and running their campaigns lawfully.

Hinweis: Support will never ask for your password. Do not share credentials, and send sensitive attachments only through secure channels.

Sending information securely

If you need to provide documents, ensure secure transmission and include as little personal data as possible. The article sending attachments securely describes the approach.

How to contact support

Reach out via the route described in contacting support. Have the key details of your request ready so that it can be handled quickly.
