Responsible campaign configuration
A responsible configuration ensures that your campaigns run in a controlled, traceable and privacy-oriented way. This article summarizes principles that help you do so. It does not replace legal advice.
Nexcal provides technical and organizational functions for controlled and privacy-oriented use. The customer remains responsible for configuring and running their campaigns lawfully.
Before you start
Before a campaign starts in production, the basics should be in place:
- Your contacts are selected admissibly and formatted correctly.
- Script, knowledge and campaign goal set clear guardrails.
- Recording and retention are configured deliberately.
- Do-not-call and opt-out requests are taken into account.
The formal requirements are described in compliance requirements before campaign start. A campaign must not start in production before the required company verification and an approved caller ID are in place.
Data minimization
- Import only fields that your campaign actually needs.
- Capture only necessary results in result fields.
- Enable recordings only when the requirements are met.
Calling times and consideration
Use the calling window to limit calls to appropriate times. Respect stop requests immediately; see do-not-call and opt-out.
Hinweis: Test your campaign in advance. Preview and test calls are not billed; see preview calls and test calls.
Responsibility and limits
Nexcal does not make a legal assessment of your campaign. Responsibility for selection, legal basis and execution lies with you; see responsibilities of the workspace operator.
