Pro
The Pro plan is aimed at teams that need more active campaigns, more concurrent calls and their own voice. The platform price is 199 € per month.

In addition to the standard voices, Pro lets you use your own voice. The basics are described in standard and custom voices.
What Pro adds over Starter
Pro adds the Nexcal website form and the option of a custom voice. A general REST API, webhooks, the Form API, Public Lead Intake and CRM connections such as HubSpot and Salesforce are not included in Pro. These functions are part of Power.
Call usage
Pro includes 250 connected minutes per month. Included minutes apply per billing month; only connected talk time counts against the allowance. Unanswered calls do not consume connected minutes, and eligible preview and test calls are non-billable. Once the allowance is used up, additional connected minutes are billed based on usage. When moving to Power makes sense
If you need more users, more active campaigns, several caller IDs, several custom voices or integrations such as the REST API and webhooks, moving to Power makes sense. The process is described in plan changes.
