Enterprise

The Enterprise plan is aimed at organizations with high volume, individual requirements and their own integration agreements. The platform price starts at 999 € per month and depends on the individual scope.

Included capacities

  • from 25 users;
  • individual campaign limits;
  • from 500 concurrent calls;
  • from 5 caller IDs;
  • from 10 custom voices.

The exact values are defined as part of the Enterprise agreement and can go beyond the standard values.

What Enterprise adds over Power

Enterprise includes individual APIs, individual webhook agreements, custom mappings and individual CRM and calendar processes. In addition, an individual model, provider and infrastructure configuration is possible. The exact scope is agreed together and set out in the contract.

Call usage

In Enterprise, call usage is also recorded separately from the platform price. It is based on connected talk time, counted to the second. Unanswered calls as well as preview and test calls are not billed. For more, see understanding call usage.

How to get an Enterprise plan

An Enterprise plan is agreed individually. The specific capacities, integrations and terms are defined together. To start, get in touch via the pricing page or contact support.

Hinweis: The values listed are minimums. The binding scope results from your individual Enterprise agreement.
