What is Nexcal?
Nexcal is an AI outbound platform from codn GmbH. Nexcal runs outbound campaigns in which an AI voice agent calls contacts on behalf of your company. Every conversation is guided by a clearly defined campaign goal, follows your script and stays within the rules you configure.
The voice agent is not a free-form chatbot. It phrases things naturally within the guardrails you set, responds to questions and may adjust the order slightly. It does not invent offers and does not deviate from the campaign goal.
What Nexcal does
- Nexcal calls contacts and lead lists in structured campaigns.
- Conversations follow a clear goal and a defined conversation strategy.
- Results are stored in a structured way in result fields.
- Appointments can be booked or callbacks triggered when this is configured.
- Conversations are documented and can be reviewed later.
How a conversation is controlled
A Nexcal conversation is shaped by several layers working together:
- The campaign goal defines what the conversation should achieve.
- The script acts as the conversation guardrail.
- The AI layer adds further campaign rules.
- Knowledge provides the factual basis for questions.
- Objection rules define the permitted handling of objections.
- Result fields determine which results are captured.
- Booking settings define the permitted appointment process.
The voice agent phrases within these settings, so every conversation stays traceable and tied to your campaign.
What Nexcal is not
Nexcal does not automatically replace every human sales process. Depending on the campaign, human handovers remain possible, for example when a contact asks for a personal conversation. Nexcal does not make a legal assessment of your campaign; configuring and running it lawfully remains your responsibility.
Hinweis: Before a campaign can start in production, your company verification and an approved caller ID must be in place.
