Overview of the Nexcal navigation

Nexcal is organized into several functional areas. This overview explains what each area is for, without prescribing exact click paths. The actual layout and labels can differ depending on your plan and role.

The main areas

  • Contacts and lead lists: manage contacts, import CSV files and assemble lead lists for campaigns.
  • Campaigns: create, configure, start and manage your outbound campaigns.
  • Caller IDs and voices: add phone numbers, track their approval and choose standard or custom voices.
  • Call results: find conversation transcripts, summaries and structured results.
  • Analytics: review metrics and campaign results.
  • Workspace and company settings: maintain company verification, users and roles.
  • Plan and usage: see your plan, call usage and invoice data.

What you see depends on role and plan

Not every user sees every area. Some functions require a role with the corresponding permissions, others depend on the plan you booked. If an area is missing, it may be due to your role or the feature scope of your plan.

Finding your way quickly

  1. First clarify which role you have in the workspace.
  2. Start with contacts and lead lists to build a data foundation.
  3. Then move to the campaigns area to configure a conversation.
  4. After launch, use call results and analytics to review outcomes.

Hinweis: This overview describes the functional areas in general terms. Exact menu labels may evolve; use the described functions as your guide.
