Plans and feature scope

Nexcal offers four plans: Starter, Pro, Power and Enterprise. Each plan includes a monthly platform price and fixed capacities. Actual call usage is tracked separately. This overview summarizes the main differences; binding details are on the pricing page.

Starter

99 € per month;
3 users;
3 active campaigns;
up to 25 concurrent calls;
1 caller ID;
no custom voice.

Starter includes no general API, no webhooks and no CRM synchronization.

Pro

199 € per month;
5 users;
up to 15 active campaigns;
up to 100 concurrent calls;
1 caller ID;
1 custom voice.

Pro adds the Nexcal website form and the option of a custom voice.

Power

499 € per month;
10 users;
up to 50 active campaigns;
up to 350 concurrent calls;
up to 3 caller IDs;
up to 3 custom voices.

Power adds the REST API, webhooks, the Form API, Public Lead Intake, HubSpot and Salesforce, plus a choice of approved Nexcal model profiles.

Enterprise

from 999 € per month;
from 25 users;
individual campaign limits;
from 500 concurrent calls;
from 5 caller IDs;
from 10 custom voices.

Enterprise includes individual APIs, webhook contracts, custom mappings and individual model and infrastructure configuration.

Call usage is separate from the plan

The monthly platform price and call usage are two separate layers. Usage is tracked by connected talk time, to the second. Unanswered calls and calls explicitly classified as preview or test are not billed. Read more in platform price and call usage.
