Call ending and hang-up
Every conversation needs a clear conclusion. Nexcal ends a call cleanly once the campaign goal is reached or the contact wants to end the conversation. An orderly ending creates a professional impression and complete results.
When a call ends
- The campaign goal is reached, for example a scheduled appointment or captured information.
- The contact signals a clear end of conversation.
- The contact does not want to be contacted further.
- Continuing the conversation in a meaningful way is no longer possible.
How the agent ends a call
Where useful, the agent briefly summarizes the outcome, says goodbye and ends the call. After a clear end of conversation, the agent does not keep arguing and does not try to extend the call artificially.
Results at the end of the call
At the end of the call, Nexcal captures the configured result fields. Required fields can act as a condition before a conversation counts as complete. How result fields and call ending relate is described in result fields and call ending.
Hinweis: A clear conclusion in the script helps the agent end the conversation in an orderly way and capture the relevant results completely.
When the call ends early
If the contact hangs up early or the connection drops, Nexcal documents the conversation up to that point. An early-ended conversation is also recorded with the corresponding call status and outcome.
