What a survey campaign is
In a survey campaign, the voice agent asks structured questions and captures respondents' answers in result fields. The goal is to collect comparable feedback, for example on satisfaction, needs or a specific question.
Preparing the questions
The success of a survey depends on clear, well-phrased questions. Keep the following in mind:
- Phrase each question clearly and neutrally.
- Keep the number of questions manageable.
- Arrange the questions in a sensible order.
- Decide which answers should be captured as required.
You describe the questions and their order in the script. The agent asks at most one clear question per conversation step and does not re-ask answers that have already been given.
Answers in result fields
Each captured answer is stored in a structured way. Through result fields you define which details are captured and in what form. This keeps the results comparable and analysable across all conversations. The article configuring result fields describes how to set up the fields.
Fields that do not apply may be marked as such when a question does not fit a specific conversation.
After the survey
The collected answers are available to you in a structured form for analysis. On this basis you can identify patterns and derive further steps. Nexcal does not analyse the answers on its own; the results provide the data foundation.
Keep the survey deliberately short. The clearer and more concise the questions are, the more likely the person is to complete the survey, and the more reliable the captured answers become.
Hinweis: Define the questions and the associated result fields before the start. After the campaign start, the settings are locked.
