Starting a campaign in production

When a campaign is fully configured and checked, you start it in production. With the start, Nexcal begins calling the assigned leads within the calling window. Before the start, Nexcal checks that all requirements are met.

Requirements

What Nexcal checks before the start

Before the production start, Nexcal checks, among other things:

  • the workspace and company approval;
  • the caller ID;
  • the assigned leads;
  • the campaign settings and result fields;
  • the knowledge and booking configuration;
  • the runtime rules.

If a requirement is missing, the start stays blocked and Nexcal points to the open item.

How to do it

  1. Open the fully configured campaign.
  2. Trigger the start.
  3. Wait for the result of the start check.
  4. Fix any reported items and start again if needed.

What happens at start

With the start, Nexcal creates a versioned campaign state and begins processing the leads. What exactly is saved is explained in what is saved at campaign start.

Wichtig: A campaign must not start in production before the required company verification and an approved caller ID are in place.

If the start does not succeed

If the start is interrupted, fixing campaign start errors can help. Reasons that block the start are described in why a campaign start can be blocked.
