Reviewing lead results

How to go through the results of individual leads after a campaign, check call statuses and result fields, and derive the next steps.

Reviewing lead results

After the start and especially after the end of a campaign, you should go through the results of the individual leads. This shows which contacts were reached, how the conversations turned out and where a follow-up makes sense.

What you should check

Go through the results systematically and pay particular attention to:

  • the call status, such as completed conversation, no answer, busy or technical error;
  • the call outcome and the content captured in the result fields;
  • open callbacks and appointments that were offered or booked;
  • leads that have not yet been processed.

The overall lead status shows for each lead how it was processed in total.

Checking individual conversations in detail

For a single conversation, the call detail view provides the full documentation, including the transcript, the summary and the structured result fields. This lets you understand why a lead received a particular result.

Deriving next steps from the results

Based on the results, you can decide how to proceed:

  • Hand successful conversations and booked appointments to the responsible people.
  • Follow up callbacks at the agreed time.
  • Reassemble unreached contacts in a new campaign if needed.

Hinweis: Preview and test calls are not production results and are not billed. When reviewing, make sure to distinguish production conversations from tests.

Reviewing results regularly

Do not wait until the end of the campaign to check. A regular review during the run helps you spot anomalies early, such as many technical errors or unexpected call outcomes. This lets you pause the campaign if needed and adjust the configuration before further leads are affected.
