Subprocessors
Subprocessors are service providers that codn GmbH uses or plans to use for operating Nexcal. This overview explains how Nexcal handles subprocessors. The binding and up-to-date list is available under subprocessors.
Status of a subprocessor
The subprocessor list distinguishes by status:
- active: productive use demonstrated in the code or configuration;
- optional: active only with the corresponding configuration;
- planned: technically envisaged but not yet used in production.
For planned providers, the processing region, third-country transfer and safeguards are reviewed and determined only before activation.
Currently used providers
HubSpot is listed as an active subprocessor. HubSpot processes website form data via the EU1 endpoint, for example from contact and demo requests. A provider is listed as active only when its productive use actually follows from the code or configuration.
Planned providers
Further providers are marked as planned in the list, including infrastructure, telephony, speech and language-processing services. These are not presented as current data recipients as long as they are not used in production.
Hinweis: Nexcal provides technical and organizational functions for controlled and privacy-oriented use. The binding list of subprocessors is updated before new providers are activated.
