Standard and custom voices

Nexcal distinguishes two kinds of voices: standard voices, which are available in every plan, and custom voices, which are included depending on the plan. The voice determines how the AI voice agent sounds in the conversation.

Standard voices

Standard voices are available in all plans. You can select a suitable voice per campaign. How to choose a standard voice is described in choosing standard voices.

Custom voices per plan

  • Starter: no custom voice.
  • Pro: 1 custom voice.
  • Power: up to 3 custom voices.
  • Enterprise: from 10 custom voices.

You can find the binding values on the pricing page. The basics on your own voice are described in custom voice.

When a custom voice makes sense

A custom voice makes sense when a campaign should be run with a recognizable voice adapted to your brand. If your plan includes no custom voice or you need several, a move to a higher plan is required.

  • Standard voices are included in every plan.
  • Custom voices are available from Pro onward.
  • The custom voice quota depends on the plan.

Hinweis: The voice quota is a plan characteristic and independent of call usage.
