Starter
The Starter plan is Nexcal's entry-level plan. It is aimed at smaller teams that want to run outbound campaigns with one caller ID and standard voices. The platform price is 99 € per month.
Included capacities
- 3 users;
- 3 active campaigns;
- 1 concurrent call;
- 100 connected minutes included per month;
- 1 caller ID;
- no custom voice.
Standard voices are available. Custom voices are included from Pro onward. For details, see standard and custom voices.
What is not included
Starter includes no general API, no webhooks and no CRM synchronization. The Nexcal website form and CRM connections such as HubSpot and Salesforce are part of higher plans. If you need these integrations, moving to Power is the right step.
Call usage
Starter includes 100 connected minutes per month. Included minutes apply per billing month; only connected talk time counts against the allowance. Unanswered calls do not consume connected minutes, and eligible preview and test calls are non-billable. Once the allowance is used up, additional connected minutes are billed based on usage. When a plan change makes sense
If you need more users, more active campaigns, more concurrent calls or your own voice, moving to Pro or Power makes sense. The process is described in plan changes.
